Who is managing aloha support platform?
To ensure trust, transparency, and responsible operation, Aloha Support is managed through the combined efforts of My Hawaii Care, a registered nonprofit organization in the State of Hawaii, and Talalco Hawaii, a registered sole proprietorship based in Hawaii. Together, they provide the administrative oversight, technical management, and ongoing support that keep the platform secure, reliable, and focused on serving the community.
Are member pages public and accessible to everyone?
No. All members pages on Aloha Support are private and cannot be searched or browsed publicly within the site; they can only be accessed via a direct page link or QR code.
Can I create my page myself?
No. All pages are created by the Aloha Support administration after reviewing the membership request and the submitted information; this ensures the platform's quality and credibility while maintaining a unified page design.
How does the member receive the funds due to them?
Payments are processed via secure pages linked to the Aloha Support platform. Following the weekly collection of contributions from each member (with a minimum of $50 USD), the site administration transfers the member's net earnings at the end of each week, after deducting the platform's commission.
Who can request to join "aloha support"?
Students, content creators, service providers, charitable organizations and initiatives, individuals facing difficult circumstances, and anyone wishing to use the platform in a spirit of aloha, honesty, and mutual support may apply to join.
